Brooklyn-based Palomar are still working on their next record (well, actually, I believe they're at SXSW this week, but, details details), though the blog where they are (occasionally) chronicling their adventure has changed to this address.
A few weeks ago, they posted a new song, entitled "Crush Rica" (after a Facebook captcha phrase, apparently), and I'm thoroughly enjoying the bratty '80s feel to it. You can listen to it here.
